I have switched my call system for sales to a company called Ether. Its very simple, and Ether will handle connecting the call, so your phone number remains private. Only Ether will know your phone number and credit card information, and they will keep all the information confidential. Ether is a division of Ingenio Inc., so if you have called me on Keen before, you will find the system is quite similar.
If for some reason I cannot take the call right away, Ether allows you to decide how long you are willing to wait for me to call you back.
If I am already on a call with Ether, they will put you in line. Then you will be called as soon as I have finished the previous call.
If for some reason our call is dropped, Ether allows me to call you back to finish the prepaid minutes.
